“I rarely post reviews but feel compelled to inform people that Derek from Fibrenew provided the best homeowner service I've received in the last 5 years -- and that says a lot as we've had many. We had a Room & Board leather sofa that we were ready to give up on (it was very badly worn) and he restored it beautifully for a fraction of the price of a new sofa at a very reasonable price (others quoted higher) plus he handled the transportation to his shop (unlike others who quoted us). He also came back a year later and did some warranty repairs on the cushions without objection or asking for more money.
